Frequently Asked Questions

We provide housekeepers on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off basis who will carry out all your cleaning and/or ironing requirements.
We are very careful in the selection of our housekeepers. They can come from word of mouth or selective advertising. They are interviewed locally, vetted, id checked and 2 references obtained. We do not employ any housekeeper until we are 100% happy with their references and abilities.
Our housekeepers are insured to undertake any house work required within your home. They are not insured for duties outside of your house.
Yes, you can select any times Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. (Other times may be available on request.)
If your cleaner fails to turn up we will endeavour to find a replacement if this is what you want. We have a database of floating housekeepers who are available for such circumstances. Please call our office and we can arrange this.
Yes, all of our housekeepers are covered for public liability and personal injury. (There is a £250 excess payable by the client).
In the unlikely event that there is any breakage in your home, you need to inform us within 72 hours of your housekeeper’s visit for us to be able to help.

We will require proof of damage, including photos & full details of the breakage. We then inform your housekeeper and they will be asked to confirm whether they are responsible for the breakage, and if so, asked if they are prepared to cover the cost. (we cannot guarantee this)

In many cases it is easier to contact your own home insurer to see if you can claim through them.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, stripe, paypal or go cardless direct debit payments.
It depends. For all other services other than Spring or End of Tenancy Cleaning- you will have to provide your own products.
